Patient Care Representative

Workforce Real Time Analyst

Our Operations Department is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for real-time and/or intraday management of resources to ensure the scheduling is efficient by maximizing performance service levels.  Investigates, analyzes, and determines agents and members of management are correctly forecasted and scheduled based on the volume of incoming calls to service company’s clients/departmental goals’ expectations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring expectations are met by utilizing efficiency, occupancy and desired service levels are met. Call Center management experience is a plus!

Jr. Net Developer

Our Programming Department, is seeking candidates that are able to assist with current and new application development for our headquarters and branch office(s). The Developer will work within a team to customize, maintain and develop new solutions to meet industry requirements and requests. Within this role you will have the opportunity to design, development, code, and analysis the company’s technical solutions. (1-3 Years’ Experience is Required)


Our sales team is looking for people who have a genuine concern for the advancement of patient services nationwide. We offer products and solutions that enable our clients to dedicate more time to patient care. If the lack of quality patient services have affected you personally and you have the desire to sell products that will help millions of people annually, then we want you on our team.

All applicants at Call 4 Health will undergo the same process. When one phase of the screening is passed the candidate will proceed to to the next stage, team interviewing. Afterwards, if the candidate is deemed as suitable, they will receive a formal offer for employment. Upon acceptance, the newly hired representative enters Call 4 Health’s training program, and is partnered with a mentor to learn the daily operational process of working with us.
