What can I expect from the application process?

To progress your application, we will ask you to provide us with information to get better acquainted with your background and expertise. You may be asked specific questions that are relevant to the role you are applying for to ensure it’s right for you.

What is the best way to fill in my application form?

How can I follow the status of my application?

Once you have submitted your application, our dedicated recruitment team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Do you provide feedback on unsuccessful applications?

We value all candidates whether they are successful or not, and we are committed to providing feedback to all applicants. If you are unsuccessful; we still want to give you a sense of how we rate your skills and may even encourage you to apply for future roles.

Will you let me know when a job has been filled?

If you haven’t heard from us in two months about an application, we likely proceeded with other candidates for that particular role. However, our recruiters might reach out if we find a different potential match for your skills, interests, and experience.

Can I apply for multiple jobs?

Yes, you can apply for more than one role at once, though we recommend narrowing your choices down to a few jobs that truly match your skills, experience, and interests. We’ll review your resume/CV—and transcript for interns and new graduates—to determine the best fit.

How many jobs can I apply for?

You can apply to three jobs within a rolling 30 day window. This limit gives our hard-working staffing team more time to focus on your application and helps you focus on the jobs that are the best match for your talents.

What are the application deadlines?

Our job descriptions will include any application deadlines. For most of our openings, we accept applications on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later.

I interviewed/applied last year and wasn’t selected. May I reapply?

For operation roles, we ask that you wait 90 days—to gain additional experience—before reapplying.

Will recruiters be coming to my university?

We host outreach events at hundreds of universities all over the world to spread the word about our internships and opportunities for recent graduates. Check with your university’s careers center to see if a Call 4 Health representative will be visiting your campus. And though we can’t visit every school, you can find and apply for all of our open roles on our website.

Once I submit my information, who can see it?

Great question! Once you submit your information, your profile will be visible to HR/recruiting personnel of the member firms in the location you apply to when you make your selections on the application page of the candidate profile form.

What is the dress code at interview?

We recommend a smart-casual dress code for interviews.

Will you support my application for a work visa?

Call 4 Health are committed to finding the best talent and hiring the most suitable people for our roles. As a result, we may consider supporting your application for a work visa, where the legal context permits.
