For Genevievre Delpeche helping others help themselves is what she does best. Genevievre, who joined the award-winning call center in 2014 as a Patient Care Representative found her greatest satisfaction came from assisting patients who were often in their darkest hours of need. She quickly climbed the corporate ladder, first advancing to Floor Champ and then to Team Lead in the answering service department. But her greatest role was yet to come.
