There’s no straighter road to success than exceeding expectations one day at a time. Maysoun “May” Abutineh, who epitomizes customer service in her role at Call 4 Health, started working at the call center in 2012. Quickly after that, she was promoted to Team Lead for answering service, then to Client Relations Specialist. Today, May is the company’s Client Relations Manager in charge of handling all of the client issues and assists with on-boarding new accounts.
