Lissette Ferro joined Call 4 Health in 2016 as Director of Operations. With over 20 years of experience in the Call Center industry, Lissette brings diverse leadership, operations, and customer service experience.
Prior to joining Call 4 Health, Lissette worked in Florida’s largest privately owned primary care pediatric practice for over 7 years. There, she specialized in strategic planning and execution of the implementation of their call center to support 33 medical offices with more than 200 providers.
Lissette attended Florida International University. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management degree with emphasis in Human Resources. With the skills in managing people, development, and problem solving, Lissette has the solid foundation needed in the modern business environment.
