Derek Borgen

Anyone who’s taken Latin in school knows what “Nosce te ipsum” means, including Derek Borgen. In fact, ‘knowing thyself’ is one of Borgen’s most notable strengths. Before joining the award-winning ranks at Call 4 Health, Derek was a classroom teacher with Palm Beach County Schools for more than 14 years. Today, he is responsible for training new answering and scheduling agents, along with retraining existing agents. A father of two, Derek enjoys collecting vinyl records, and playing DJ for his children before bedtime.
