The Call 4 Health’s career path for Customer Care Representatives (CCR) is Senior CCR, Team Lead, Operations Manager and to other levels of management. A CCR can follow an alternate career path in training moving from CCR to Training Specialist, Trainer, and other managerial positions in Staff Development. Career opportunities also exist in programming.
